Ubicado en una de las calles m\u00e1s antiguas del centro hist\u00f3rico, el restaurante se asienta en un espacio cargado de simbolismo: la casa donde naci\u00f3 el pintor Manuel Lepe y una de las primeras zonas comerciales del puerto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bernhard G\u00fcth lleg\u00f3 a Vallarta hace m\u00e1s de tres d\u00e9cadas, cuando el destino era a\u00fan un pueblo costero de ritmo pausado. Tras una s\u00f3lida formaci\u00f3n internacional en ciudades como Nueva York y Londres, entre otras, el chef alem\u00e1n decidi\u00f3 apostar por este rinc\u00f3n de M\u00e9xico, abriendo TR\u00cdO hace 29 a\u00f1os, con una propuesta que, en su momento, fue visionaria.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Con t\u00e9cnica europea y producto local, G\u00fcth form\u00f3 parte de una generaci\u00f3n pionera que impuls\u00f3 una cocina m\u00e1s elaborada, sensible y respetuosa de los ingredientes. Inspirado en la <em>nouvelle cuisine<\/em>, su filosof\u00eda se centr\u00f3 en preservar la frescura, los colores, las texturas y los valores nutricionales, sentando bases para lo que hoy se reconoce como una alta cocina mediterr\u00e1nea contempor\u00e1nea.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A lo largo de los a\u00f1os, TR\u00cdO se convirti\u00f3 en un punto de encuentro para comensales, chefs y amantes del buen vivir. El restaurante no solo ofrec\u00eda platillos, sino una experiencia: cenas maridaje, una cuidada selecci\u00f3n de vinos \u2014otra de las grandes pasiones de G\u00fcth\u2014 y un ambiente que remite m\u00e1s a una casa que a un espacio formal.
